My path to this work wasn't a straight line. It came through my own performance struggles, the kind that don't show up on a physical injury report but shut you down just as hard. I know what it's like to be capable on paper and completely stuck in your own head in the moment that matters most.


My Approach

Roots — because sustainable performance has to be built from the ground up, not patched at the surface. Resilience — because the ability to absorb, adapt, and keep moving is what separates those who perform when it matters from those who don't.

I built this practice because I needed it once and it didn't exist the way it should have. Now it does.
